Melissa Wilson Beer, AuD
Dr. Melissa Beer is a California-licensed audiologist with over 15 years of industry experience. She holds a BA in Speech Language Hearing Sciences from the University of Kansas with an emphasis in American Sign Language studies and a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dr. Beer began practicing audiology in California at the Hearing and Speech Center of Northern California in San Francisco, where she was named Director of Pediatrics. She created a multidisciplinary counseling and support program for families of children with newly diagnosed hearing loss. In 2013, Dr. Beer was named Program Coordinator for Cochlear Implant Interconnect (CII), a partnership between the Hearing and Speech Center of Northern California and the UCSF Cochlear Implant Center. In addition, Dr. Beer was an audiologist for the UCSF Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery’s Hearing Loss Clinic.

Jody Vaynshtok, MS, CCC-SLP
Jody is a California and Washington-licensed speech language pathologist with more than 15 years of industry and clinical experience. She has worked with both adult and pediatric populations during her time at private practice, birth-to-three, and hospital facilities. She is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a variety of communication and cognitive disorders. In addition, Jody has a passion for working with adults looking to achieve clearer communication.
Jody received her BS in Speech and Hearing Sciences and MS in Medical Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington. She was a part of the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford’s cleft and craniofacial clinic, and was the lead speech language pathologist for the UCSF Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery’s Hearing Loss Clinic. Jody is currently a part of the eligibility determination team at the Golden Gate Regional Center.

Morganne Frampton, AuD
Dr. Morganne Frampton is a California-licensed audiologist who enjoys working with both adult and pediatric populations. Morganne enjoys getting to know patients, tailoring appointments to each unique individual, and supporting them through their hearing journey. Dr. Frampton holds a BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Harding University with a Minor in Health Missions and a Doctor of Audiology degree from The University of Arizona with a Minor in Health Psychology. Morganne had the opportunity to complete clinical rotations in a variety of healthcare settings, including outpatient hospital and rehabilitation facilities, ENT clinics, university clinics, and private practice.

Julia Hundley, MA, CCC-SLP
Julia is a California-licensed speech language pathologist who enjoys working with both the adult and pediatric populations. She enjoys catering treatment plans and therapy sessions to adapt to her patients needs, using the most up to date evidenced based interventions.
Julia received her BA in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Connecticut as well as her MA in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has extensive experience working with children and adults, and has been recognized for her professional and friendly nature. During her graduate school career, she completed her clinical practicums in a variety of settings serving both pediatric and adult populations including private practice, public school systems, inpatient adult rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation.

Serena is a California-licensed speech-language pathologist who enjoys working with adult and pediatric populations. She aspires to help individuals realize their communicative potential by establishing a highly individualized plan of care for each patient in order to improve their quality of life and daily functions.
Serena received her BA in Communicative Sciences and Disorders and MS in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Montana. During graduate school, she completed clinical practicums in various clinical settings including public school systems, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation.

Lauren received her BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University and her MS in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University. During her graduate school career, she completed clinical practicums in a variety of settings including the special education school district in NYC, preschools, skilled nursing facilities, and private practice clinics.

Chloé is a dedicated and passionate speech therapist who enjoys working with both pediatric and adult populations. She focuses on supporting clients in achieving their speech goals by building relationships and creating personalized treatment plans.
Chloé received her BA in Communicative Disorders at San Francisco State University, her MS in Speech-Language Pathology at Emerson College, and is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship. Throughout her academic journey, she gained experience in private practice, public schools, and hospital settings, and she is skilled in providing services in person as well as teletherapy. With a background in teaching preschool, Chloé brings creativity and flexibility to every session.

Molly Bouffard, MM, MS, CF-SLP
Molly is an enthusiastic and devoted clinician who enjoys working with adult and pediatric populations. She aims to create collaborative partnerships between herself and her patients/patient families to identify meaningful treatment goals and to apply skills learned in therapy to everyday life.
Before discovering the field of speech-language pathology, Molly studied opera and taught singing for over a decade. Her fascination with the voice and how it functions inspired her to want to help people with their voice, speech, and communication. This new passion prompted her to switch careers, and she graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University. Molly has worked with patients in a variety of clinical placements including schools, private practices, and university clinics.
Joy Monares
Joy is Sound’s Front Office Coordinator. She majored in Child Development at Sacramento State before making the big move to San Francisco State University where she is now working on getting her BS in Computer Science.
Dani DeLeon
Dani is Sound’s Billing Specialist and our former Office Coordinator. Dani received her BA in Communicative Disorders with a Minor in Special Education, her MA in Early Childhood Special Education from San Francisco State University, and her MS in Speech Language Pathology from Emerson College. She is currently in her clinical fellowship year.
